Purchased my truck at this dealership and have always used its service department. Have been extremely happy with it until now. This visit I had brought a set of mudflaps with me that I purchased from Chevrolet so the were an OEM part and asks if they could install the while they serviced my truck. Was told they would ask the mechanic and see what he said. Upon completion the girl that checked me in was nowhere to be found and my mudflaps were still laying in my backseat. Nothing else was said about them. Also was unable to pay cash for my bill. That’s poor quality service in my opinion.

I had the first appointment, at 7 am, for an oil change/tire rotation. I waited, in the lobby, 2 hours for my truck. I was quoted $79 and ended up paying $89. I'm not sure what a miscellaneous charge entails but an oil change would seem to be pretty straight forward. You should just add it into the original quote.
